RACHEL WINS GOLD

Abergavenny Road Club’s Rachel James competed at the The Newport International Para-cycling Cup last Friday, partnering disabled athlete Sophie Thornhill to win gold in the Womens’ tandem Kilometre time trial, almost beating the existing World Record in doing so.
