Dear members,
Graham Morley resigned at the last AGM and its taken a short time for the new Committee to allocate some of the tasks he did. I’ve just taken on the role of General
Secretary and as I understand it,my role will be.
• Responding to enquiries by post, e-mail and through the website.
• Dealing with affiliations to British Cycling, Cycling Time Trials, British Schools Cycling Association
I am a level 2 club coach as well as coordinating the efforts of our brilliant Youth Section Coaching and Parent/Helpers Team. In my spare time I’m a Police Officer.
The new committee includes;
David and Ioan James, Celia Morris, Ceri and Stephanie Best,Owen Davies, Ian Jenkins, Steve Thomas, Terry Williamson and myself. At the first meeting a number of key positions were decided, some are as follows;

Awards Sec – David James
Abergavenny Festival Liaison – Owen Davies
Youth Section Liaison – Steve Lane and Stephanie Best
Welfare – Jim Dyson will join Becky Beckingsale as part of a Welfare Team.
Website – Nic Hughes is taking over the web from Guy Stevens.
