SUPER SATURDAY WITH ABERGAVENNY RC
This Saturday (25th January 2014) Abergavenny RC offers the following:
Youth Session
Fully coached Youth Session at the red gra, 10:30 am till noon for riders aged 5 to 16.
Mountain bike Ride
A club ride out for riders aged 12 to 16 to The Deri or Sugar Loaf, led by MTB Leaders Sion James and Barrie Whitehead, leaving the red gra at 10:30 am. Adult riders are welcome to tag along.
Road Ride
A road ride for friends of Abergavenny RC – Meeting at the red gra at 10.15 – a 20 to 25 mile @ 15 to 16 mph. This is not an organised club ride so you do not have to wear our kit.
Swim
A swim session for club members aged 8 to 16 at the Leisure Centre, 3.15pm to 4.15pm.
